Living & Leaving with Grace

A guided, values-based program for individuals and families navigating life transitions, serious illness, caregiving, or preparing thoughtfully for the future with greater clarity, connection, and peace.

This work meets people in moments of uncertainty, but it is just as powerful when chosen proactively, as a way of living with intention and preparing for what matters most

When life begins asking deeper questions, it can be hard to know where to begin.

Whether you are navigating a diagnosis, supporting someone you love, or simply feeling the quiet nudge to get your affairs, values, and wishes in order, this work offers a place to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Living & Leaving with Grace is a guided support program designed to help you prepare practically, communicate clearly, and stay connected to what matters most through every stage of the journey.

my clients develop

  • Greater clarity about what matters most

  • More confidence in conversations and decision-making

  • Reduced overwhelm around planning

  • Better alignment between values and care choices

  • A stronger sense of peace, preparedness, and support

This work is rooted in the belief that acknowledging our connection with our mortality does not diminish life, it deepens it.

Rather than approaching our dying as only as a medical event, I support clients in tending to the emotional, relational, spiritual, and practical realities that arise along the way. Helping them feel prepared and supported whenever their time comes. This sense of healthy preparedness and atomony brings a richness to life that is invaluable!!

My approach is warm, invitational, and values-forward, helping create clarity where there may be confusion, language where there may be avoidance, and steadiness where there may be fear.

This is not about rushing decisions.

It is about creating the kind of support that allows what matters most to come into clearer view.

A compassionate, engaged approach

we are in this together

While many clients come to this work during times of illness or caregiving, others choose to engage proactively—creating clarity, alignment, and peace long before a crisis arises.

Wherever you find yourself, you are in the right place.
